The copyright message was added by me in Photoshop, its not a feature of the sensor in case anyone was wondering............... here it is............. Welcome, dear visitor! farnz Posted August 27, 2009 Share #6 Posted August 27, 2009 James, You're clearly a novice with the M9 - you should have used ISO 51,200. Pete.

erl Posted August 28, 2009 Share #16 Posted August 28, 2009 My M9 has that damn vertical line. Back to Solms for the second time! William, when you send it back, they will probably add the second (horizontal) line. The intersection of the two makes for easy composition when positioning the 'point of interest'. Of course it will be a (complimentary ) green stripe. carcam Posted August 28, 2009 Share #17 Posted August 28, 2009 But what lens was that taken with- what's the best lens? 28/2, 35/1.4, 50/1.4? If I can only get one lens what should it be? Two, three lenses...? And what's the best "bag". Damn- too many questions- maybe just keep the M8.2.

Guest BigSplash Posted August 28, 2009 Share #20 Posted August 28, 2009 James: Your photo shows excellent Colour rendering, focus with pin prick sharpness contrast and brightness and no discernable aberrations. If this picture is anything to go by I guess Leica has a real winner. Definitely worth the extra £4000.
