allamande Posted July 28, 2009 Share #7 Posted July 28, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) These are gorgeous. I think if I had to choose, I would pick andante for its subtle control. They make a good pair. The lighting, depth, and the tones highlight the graceful beauty of these flowers. Just superb. Ece
fernando_b Posted July 28, 2009 Share #8 Posted July 28, 2009 "Vivace or andante? Comments please." Alan, none of these. First is a two-voices fugue, second is a contracpuntus (sorry for bad english translation of this last term). Either fine. Fernando.
Alan Philpotts Posted July 29, 2009 Author Share #9 Posted July 29, 2009 Bert, Virgil, Stuart, George, Paul, Ece, Fernando - Thank you so much for these comments. I am always attracted to this sort of lighting and I had a lot of fun taking these. It's great that you enjoy the results too. In both versions I aimed for harmony.
