Advertisement Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Hi mitchell, Take a look here Excuse me while I slit my wrists.... I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
sean_reid Posted October 27, 2006 Share #2 Posted October 27, 2006 Sorry to hear that Mitch. A rather disturbing thread title, though; I hesitated before opening it. Maybe see if Tony Rose will be getting one you can have sooner. Cheers, Sean
erl Posted October 27, 2006 Share #3 Posted October 27, 2006 Mitchell, look at it this way. So far you have waited no longer than anyone else. Nobody actually knows when any of us will get an M8. Do not allow speculation to fire up your anxiety. Also, your money in the bank is still earning interest instead of depreciating in a camera bag. nachkebia Posted October 27, 2006 Share #4 Posted October 27, 2006 I can buy it for you tomorrow morning, if you buy 50 LUX for me
ceflynn Posted October 28, 2006 Share #5 Posted October 28, 2006 I assumed from your title that you had the camera, and had just become the first person to go on record admitting to dropping it.

larry Posted October 28, 2006 Share #9 Posted October 28, 2006 Brent, That clears things up. I knew it was his fault. I just didn't know how. Thanks, Mitchell It's very easy to find out about this, just use the "Internets" and "The Google" and it pops right up! Larry
wilfredo Posted October 28, 2006 Share #10 Posted October 28, 2006 Mitchell, Who know's what's good or bad? Now you can continue to enjoy your analogue camera possibly for another year and a month. What about those guys who already dumped their M7's on E-bay to purchase the new M8? I hope you still have your analogue camera. Larry There's been more than one internet for quite a while now, having worked on another myself. There are hundreds. This whole thing makes me laugh. I've never met an old-school, high level executive that's ever used a computer at all . . . they are handed a typed, executive summary at the beginning, and end of each day . . . then collect their 100K paycheck at weeks end . . . they have "people" who handle things like that. The closest thing to "high-tech" would be a telephone . . . I'm not defending what he said, just that the media should put things in perspective before crucifixion. ~jk
