Speenth Posted March 8, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 8, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Yesterday I bought myself a Summicron M 35; 2002 vintage, immaculate, uncoded and so what - it seems to work just fine. It's truly an example of the finest German engineering - as these images of equally fine Teutonic engineering testify. stuny Posted March 8, 2009 Share #2 Posted March 8, 2009 Beautiful color, light and detail in both, and the composition and counterpoint of the bright and dull colors in #1 make it superb.

Speenth Posted March 11, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted March 11, 2009 Thanks one and all, for the kind and positive comments. I took these images to 'test' my new lens's performance and the results are as expected, given its reputation. I am smitten and me and my new love are now inseparable (however, I promise not to be unfaithful to all my other lenses for too long). Steve'
