At the American Visionary Museum in Baltimore there is a display of life-sized chess pieces fashioned from headlamps, nuts&bolts, pots&pans, etc. Very wild exhibit. farnz Posted February 9, 2009 Share #3 Posted February 9, 2009 This chess set appeals to my sense of humour and inventiveness. I very much like your pictures and in particular the third one where the pieces look like they are in conversation. Pete.
stuny Posted February 19, 2009 Share #4 Posted February 19, 2009 I agree, and very much like the detail, and intimacy of the last, where we seem to be listening in on a private conversation, as Pete intimates.
