Not Oslo Tim!

This city has two historical landmarks: a Lutheran cathedral (white) and a Russian Orthodox church (red).

Another church. I want the name of the building and the place where it stands.

I should have given a brief description of the young lady:

(Excerpts from Wikipedia)

Havis Amanda, a nude female statue in Helsinki, Finland, was sculpted by Ville Vallgren (1855-1940). Vallgren's intention was to symbolize the rebirth of Helsinki. According to Vallgren's letters the model for the statue was a then 19-year-old Parisian lady, Marcelle Delquini. Today it has been consistently voted the most important and most beautiful piece of art in Helsinki.
