Es handelt sich um dem Kehlturm wo das Rheinische Fastnachtsmuseum untergebracht ist http://www.koblenz-touristik.de/kultur/museen-in-koblenz/rheinisches-fastnachtsmuseum.html Das Bild wurde aus den Zug am HBf Koblenz mit einer M8 gemacht.
