Advertisement Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Hi imported_peter_m, Take a look here Cariboo Colors. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jmr Posted September 27, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 27, 2006 Peter, a very inviting shot. If it were mine, I'd be tempted to punch the intensity and brightness up a touch using levels - but each to his own as the saying goes.
stuny Posted September 27, 2006 Share #3 Posted September 27, 2006 Peter - I'm in complete agreement with John.
leicamann Posted September 27, 2006 Share #4 Posted September 27, 2006 Yup..thats the Cariboo all right.. Peter you would have gotten way more color depth/ contrast and luminosity using the RAW file ... I suggest if you want to get the most out of your LC1 to use RAW as much as you can..especially with these fall colours coming on. Thanks for sharing Regards, Leicamann
imported_peter_m Posted September 28, 2006 Author Share #5 Posted September 28, 2006 Thank you JR, Stuart and John, You guys are right, didn't get the most out of that image, I suppose I could use late at night as excuse <G> It might be more the case of fix up a couple before heading for bed and I never even thought about levels. John, I shoot raw most of the time with the LC 1. Thanks again for the comments, glad you are all a fussy bunch This version looks quit a bit better I thing.
