andybarton Posted July 12, 2008 Share #1 Posted July 12, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Just done a quick search over there for something. All I am getting are cheap Chinese R->EOS or Olympus adaptors. (To be fair, there was a 50 f2 and a 90 f2 there as well) I must be doing something wrong. Or maybe, the market had completely dried up...
Advertisement Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Hi andybarton, Take a look here R lenses on eBay - where have they gone?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest stnami Posted July 12, 2008 Share #2 Posted July 12, 2008 It's pretty quiet with a lot of film stuff period.......... the big sell offs are past us. Companies bought stuff cheap and now are placing stuff on the market slowly...............good stuff is getting expensive

lct Posted July 12, 2008 Share #4 Posted July 12, 2008 ...I must be doing something wrong... I think so as well. Apart from the 35/1.4 almost all R lenses can be found on eBay, at least they could yesterday.
thomasl.se Posted July 12, 2008 Share #5 Posted July 12, 2008 I don't know how the market looked yesteryear but I've been looking at it for a while now and the 50:2 is abundant. Lots of 90:2; 90:2.8; 135's and a steady trickle of 28. Also easy enough to find the 21's; 24; 35:2; 60; 180's. Got your 'luxes and APO's too. If it's a bit slower just the last couple weeks, I'll speculate that this may be much due to middle of the summer off season on ebay. Indeed, shops are selling a lot of the lenses, and I expect awareness of time of year, month and sunday at wich the buyers are more likely on alert.
