jdlaing Posted March 5, 2008 Share #21  Posted March 5, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Do you know whether the aperture ring on Leica 4/3 lenses works with Olympus bodies, or only Panasonic (in addition to the Digilux 3)? Does the aperture ring work with the Panasonic L10, a camera roughly comparable to the Olympus 510, or only with the L1 (Panasonic's version of the Digilux 3)?  The aperture ring will not work on Olympus bodies. I am not sure about the L10.

mgcd Posted March 5, 2008 Share #22  Posted March 5, 2008 Conrad, that's because you're the original owner ... unless you tell me you bought secondhand on ebay or whatsover, and it's my understanding, now you can't even buy warranty from Leica, right? Buying a second hand digital camera is never a good idea.  I would have no issues what-so-ever buying another DMR second hand. but that's just me...   Cheers,
