It is a fake. A sovjet camera modified to pretend to be a Leica. No leica looks like that.

Managed to open it through the Finder...😵‍💫  Anyway, Nitroplait was very polite - Barnack's nightmare I would say. 

Reichsadler, olympic rings,Olympiade Berlin 1936, "gold" plated. They missed Luftwaffeneigentum 😅

There isn’t much of a market for these fakes simply because they are like random creations and not something to research and go after, unlike the original Zorki’s (etc.) which they are based on and which are collectible for somebody interested in Soviet cameras.
