Well, perhaps not - I guess the spectral response and the high ISO were worth looking at? but honestly, I hope that most people enjoy the articles and the pictures - and enjoyment is it's own reward isn't it?

A monchrome camera is quite a different tool than a color camera. The difference to Q3 28 is also the absence of PDAF, and the difference to Q2M are obvious.

These Monochroms are the type of camera that one needs to experience to understand them. Speaking from personal experience. I didn't get it at all: "why not just convert" When Jono lent me his M9M at the introduction I walked straight from the hotel to Foto Meyer and ordered one. (After reviewing the images on my MacBook) Still have and use it.

That was a time!

I still have my M9M as well - and I still use it too. Lets hope we meet up again soon.
