fotografr Posted 4 hours ago Share #1 Posted 4 hours ago Advertisement (gone after registration) My wife and I were walking in the back garden this morning and we spotted this lovely Monarch butterfly lying upside down on one of the paths. I picked it up and it was still alive, but just barely. I positioned it on some flowers, hoping it would revive and fly off, but a few hours later I came back and found it dead on the ground. It was so beautiful, I thought the best way to give it's short life some meaning would be to make a nice image, so I positioned it in good light and shot a few frames. D-Lux 8 Welcome, dear visitor! M11 for me Posted 4 hours ago Share #2 Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Wonderful shot. Beautiful colours. And not more is needed than a D-Lux 8 👍 That shows once again that the photographer makes the picture. Edited 3 hours ago by M11 for me
