Ennh - sometimes that is exactly a part of what is required to become a legend!

Knowing exactly what one wants to do, forming ones own opinions about how to do it - and then doing it, against the odds, and not suffering fools gladly.

Especially, perhaps, if one grew up in the Bronx (NYC), starting from a relatively working-class environment. Tough neighborhood! 🤨

Being a legend and being annoying do not need to go together.

I watched his interview, for awhile, and decided his attitude to the (invisible) audience was distinctly rude and dismissive. He offered nothing whatsoever of value to me or any other photographer watching. I turned off. My time is better spent making photographs my way.
