A pleasant portrait and subject. There are a number scratches on the film. I suspect handling issues. One, starting from the ear and extending down, appears to be a 'wipe' mark, suggesting that you wiped the film down after washing.

Good luck in solving the issue. I know all too well how frustrating it can be.

Spot on! I did that too… few times.. i usually let it dry… before wiping using isopropyl but timing sometimes a miss

This shot was rather spontaneous, absolutely not planned. I had the camera in hand, and used it.

@erl and @jakontil : I had the film processed and scanned. I haven’t seen the negatives yet (were sent home, and I am on holiday :)), I was wondering if it was the camera (I doubt it, and I hope not), film processing / handling or scanning… thanks for your inputs !
