The only time I don't wear glasses is when I'm using cameras as I rely on built-in dioptre correction.

Over the years I've found that glasses restrict my view through most types of viewfinders.

I have been wearing glasses for over half century and I couldn’t cope with the ideas of not wearing them when using cameras. How do you do that ? Hold you glasses in hand when taking pictures and put them on as soon as you are not taking pictures? I can’t imagine the burdens of doing that

I’m able to tilt them up to the top of my forehead without dislodging from my ears.  Luckily they stay there for the moment, then snap away.  Depends upon the frame I suppose.

Same here, I've been wearing glasses for over fifty years, but my view through the camera viewfinder has always taken precedence. The glasses are in my bag if and when really needed.

My problem is I can't even recognize my wife without glasses

so as soon as my eye leaves the viewfinder I need glasses.

I can't leave them in the bag.
