Since 6-bit-coding was only introduced after the Apo-Telyt was on the market and no other 135mm was made by Leica since there is no other 135mm which is always coded from the beginning. Though there are codes for the 135mm Tele-Elmar and the Elmarit so it seems they can be coded by Customer Care. Both lenses are a lot cheaper than the Apo-Telyt.

Though you can apply both codes manually in the menu and anyway the coding doesn‘t make much difference for the results.

There is only one Leica 135mm M lens in the Leica catalog currently, the Apo-Telyt-M 135/3.4, which is coded as you say. If you are interested in a pre-owned copy, the Elmarit 135/2.8 with goggles (# 11829) could be coded by Leica in the past. It It is not listed by Leica anymore but perhaps you can find a coded copy on the 2nd hand market.

To avoid repeating myself:

Note that "appearing in the lens menu" and "having an assigned 6-bit B&W paint-spot code for auto-detection" are not the same thing.

No such code was ever assigned for the Tele-Elmar. One was assigned to the f/2.8 goggled Elmarit, since it used the 90mm framelines to compose goggle-magnified views.
