I just got it yesterday. It has a build date of May 25, 2025. 2 observations:

1. Although I've never given the magenta cast issue any concern because I didn't have a M11 and felt if I did I could easily correct in post: even though I shoot RAW, I set WB to daylight. Thinking was that all the images from a particular outing with the M11P would have the same WB as opposed to possibly different WB settings had I set WB to auto; and therefore I could select all images and correct one of them which would be applied to all images. Anyway I shot the test images indoors and although there wasn't a trace of magenta cast, they were all slightly warm so I knocked temperature down just a hair - didn't touch tint.  But now I'm curious about the magenta issue, so next time I shoot outdoors I'll set WB to auto and see what I see in camera raw. I wonder if because the camera was built last month that Leica addressed the magenta issue even though there's hasn't been (to my knowledge) any public announcement regarding a fix.

2. I set the aperture dial to automatic, and first thing I noticed looking through the rangefinder was that the actual ISO was displayed in red at the bottom of the rangefinder. Interesting, I like it. Is this a function of a late build date? My 10 month old M11M doesn't have that display - or is there a setting that turns on the ISO display?

On my 4Q24 M11-D I primarily notice the magenta when I have a lot of blue sky and white clouds.

My M11-D displays the ISO in red LED lighting in the rangefinder... and/but can then use the function button to toggle through a bunch of other info.  Not sure this is the same for M cameras with LCD screens?

You may want to download the M11M instruction manual PDF to research the rangefinder display options.   I only recently learned with my M11-D that the function button scrolls through a whole different set of info in the Visoflex 2, when attached, than it does in the rangefinder OVF.

So you have 2 displays in red at the bottom really, shutter speeds +iso? I would not like that and i've never seen this on any M so far but i have no experience with the M11-P.

If shutter speed is set to A (which it is in your picture, there is no A for aperture), the numbers in red are shutter speed, not ISO. How are you processing your pictures? If shooting RAW are you using the M11 profile? I find that to be slightly warmer than something like Adobe Color or Standard.

The rigid looks so good on the silver model. Congrats.  I find the AWB on the M11-P to be very good indoors but not so consistent outdoors in bright light so unlike any of my other Leica cameras, I set it in camera. The DNG files tend to come up a little cool for my taste but I use a light preset based on Adobe Standard and within a click they are great for me. I’ve not noticed an ISO reading in the OVF, only the shutter speed and a preview of my exposure comp if using.

some practical improvements,

The only improvements will come through FW changes. In fairness to OP the Manual does call the A (auto-speed) setting Aperture Priority Mode, which I guess it is as it responds to the aperture set on the lens in calculating exposure..
