They look like French bulldogs to me but I'm not sure. They weren't barking so couldn't tell if they had an accent.

They look like Frenchies to me. That is a very dangerous way to walk a dog, not to mention four at once! Those retractable leads give you almost zero control if the dog decides to run etc.

You would be shocked here in Paris. I randomly see a lady on a bike with 4 dogs in a basket behind her and 4 more dogs (2 on each side) running beside her on the street.

As a photographer, I am frustrated as I have spotted her 3 times but she always gets past me before I can get my camera out!! Well one day I hope....
