My Apo-Summicron M 75mm lens was found to have a small area of fungal involvement on the edge of a glass element.  It was identified by KEH when I tried to sell it.  Of course, they offered very little for the lens and I had it returned.  Image quality remains excellent, but I would like to have the fungal involvement evaluated and removed before it advances.   Does Leica USA or anyone else do this work?  Who/where is best to send this lens to?    Suggestions/recommendations appreciated.

I sent a fungused lens to DAG for cleaning. He didn't get everything off, there's a little "scar" where the fungus was, but it's much better than it was.

On most situation there will always be a cleaning marks, and depending on the severe of the fungus spread, would decide how pronounced the cleaning marks would be

i think DAG has made sure the least mount of marks left behind
