His name is Jamen, he's originally from Somalia but lives in the East End now. He is very proud of his jewellery and dresses in a different elegant outfit every day that complements his rings. (He was moving around a lot when I was shooting him so it was difficult to get a clear shot through the crowds.) Jamen appears as an attraction in Spitalfields on the third Thursday of every month with a group of other people who also like to dress 'to the nines'. Pete. Welcome, dear visitor!
