They also sell boxes of 60 or 100 Zeiss Lens Wipes. They do not sell the box of 600 Zeiss Lens Wipes that I was amazed to see recently in an office that had just been renovated. Cosco in the UK sell the big box of wipes, fantastic value. As recommended by you and others I've now bought the Zeiss microfibre cloth and spray, so hopefully it's farewell to greasy smudges. Just give me a physical A/C dials that control fan speed, temperature, and vent position. Mini Cooper vehicles went from having amazing manual controls to putting everything on a giant circular screen in the middle of the dash. We will never upgrade our Countryman now. It seems like they were trying to wedge in Mini to the story, but Mini is going the opposite direction. They have removed most of the physical dials and switches and only left a few switches. The switch pictured is just for toggling through digital "experiences" on the large circular touch screen above it. But I'm glad to hear VW is reversing course. Regarding BMW, their A/C control system has to be one of the most unintuitive and illogical systems I've ever used in a car. There are two interdependent controls that do similar things but in different ways. For example, what looks like the A/C fan speed is more of an intensity setting, which works hand-in-hand with the temperature control. Changing either can change the fan speed. At least BMW got rid of the separate control between the vents themselves that was yet a third way to regulate temperature but only at that vent height.
