Sparkassenkunde Posted October 11, 2024 Share #267 Posted October 11, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) As I have shown some of the portraits in this thread, I can confirm that the lens is tack sharp and I wanted to show this with my examples. As the files of this camera (and any other contemporary digital camera) are extremely malleable and hold a ton of information it is really easy to work with the files until you get exactly the look you want in your final image. From adjusting the color to reduced sharpness and contrast is only a few tweaks in any image processing software. If you are working with jpg alone and don't want to do any post processing, this might of course be an issue. But for me the real fun begins when I open the dng in Lightroom and apply my presets, tune the picture until I like it and am so far more than happy with the output of the Q3 43 🙂 Here an example with four different versions of the same picture: Welcome, dear visitor!
