I decided to test on the S5ii. The mode can be accessed by turning the left hand dial, very practical. Original shot: Welcome, dear visitor! frame-it Posted July 24, 2024 Share #2 Posted July 24, 2024 quite nice, how does it handle leaves/branches moving?
jaapv Posted July 24, 2024 Author Share #3 Posted July 24, 2024 I don't know, it does take 10 shots (I guess, too fast to count properly, maybe even more in ES) which should help. The stabilisation is at any rate good enough for handheld shots with long lenses.

If motion artifact removal is turned on, the camera selects one sharp image, scales it up, and inserts part of that one-image version where motion occurred. While it is better than a motion artifact, the IQ and resolution at places with motion are lower.
jaapv Posted July 26, 2024 Author Share #5 Posted July 26, 2024 But it has at least eight images to choose from.
