- When I press the button the viewfinder becomes fuzzy! Why, and how to avoid this?
- Every time, when in Photo-mode, I push the FN Button 2 that is set on Digital zoom, the zoom gets in but in video-mode!! How to avoid this?

Thanks

With a reply as this... you can't be a 'Le Chef'!
If someone comes to here it's to search for help, not idiot replies.

An idiot is a person who doesn’t read the instruction manual for a $5,000 camera. You can start the process yourself, rather than expecting people here to do the work for you.

BTW, I found the solution for my first question: AFC is giving this phenomenon.

But why this video mode keeps coming up when using the function button that is programmed for digital zoom is still a mystery.

You should turn down the EVF frequency to 60MHz as this reduces fuzziness.

If video mode keeps coming up then the button is not programmed into a profile. That’s probably the next challenge. Again it’s worth reading the instruction manual on this and also searching on this forum for “Profiles”. There are a set of steps you need to follow carefully to make this work the way you want it to.

Read the instruction manual is a good place to start.

Could you please tell us where in the instruction manual would be the answer to the first question? I read it at length and didn’t find it.

There wouldn't be: it's an instruction book that tells you how to operate the camera.

What the OP is doing is saying the equivalent of "It's raining, what should I do?"

Some simple diagnostics would help: What are you photographing? What settings are you using? What other settings have you tried and did they work? What do you think the issue is? How would you fix it?

The lowering of EVF resolution while focusing is not in the manual. It occurs with many other cameras as well. It is especially visible in AF-C because of continuous focusing,

Gotta agree with Le Chef here…fully 1/2 the questions on this forum can be found in the manual.

But it’s the nature of the beast (the internet)…instead of studying the manual (of any product) and experimenting a bit….it’s ‘I’ll hit the ‘net and someone will tell me how’.

it is what it is.

It's a case of doing the work yourself and being independent, or relying on others to do it for you.

Searching for "Blurred EVF" would have found any number of examples that talked about how this might be resolved, or why you have to live with it.

Your attitude isn't the most friendly to first timers or beginners. I always thought that forums are there to help each other. But I won't spend anymore time with you. Have a nice day

What beginners should do is, 1. reading the manual, 2. searching the forum and at least 3. asking for help.
