M11 battery error

One of my batteries started blinking in a charger -- both red and orange lights -- shortly after starting a charge.  It is not recognized by the camera anymore, which does not turn on with it.  Anyone experienced that?  A few cycles like all four of mine.

M11 for me,   Sometimes I opt to send a PM to member either because I know them or I don't wish to derail the OP thread with other side narratives that I write.  I do it as a courtesy for the forum members to keep the thread on track.  r/ Mark

The battery in question had only a few charge-discharge cycles of use, as one of the four M11 batteries I got when I got the M11-P on its launch day.
