Jackalope Posted May 17, 2024 Share #1 Posted May 17, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've been having minor issues with my M10 (can't use Leica Fotos, etc.), and just discovered why. I previously had purchased a used M10 Monochrome, which I had to return because of sensor problems. I then purchased a used M10 and somehow managed to install the M10 M firmware on the M10. I've read all the posts related to downgrading firmware versions, which isn't exactly my problem. Do I have any alternative to sending the camera in? Thanks for any wisdom, Mike

lct Posted May 17, 2024 Share #2 Posted May 17, 2024 What happens when you try to install the normal firmware?
Jackalope Posted May 17, 2024 Author Share #3 Posted May 17, 2024 I've tried lots of things: resetting the camera, using a fresh SD card with the proper firmware, etc. The firmware field in the Camera Information menu slot remains greyed out.
