They produce a variety of great breads, all sourdough, and do everything in-house, including milling their own flour. The shop is just a few blocks from our place and is only open Thursdays and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. The shop is so popular that there are usually about 20 people lined up a few minutes before they open. At 9 AM sharp, Mark unlocks one of the doors, pokes his head out with a big smile and reaches around to unlock the other door. He's a really great guy with a great business. The breads are fantastic! Then one day we couldn't get there until noon and they still had lots of different breads available. That made us wonder why people get there so early.
