Advertisement Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 Hi Pelu2010, Take a look here Anybody into Samyang Lenses .... ?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
darylgo Posted February 27, 2024 Share #2 Posted February 27, 2024 Samyang has copied the focal length range and aperture from Tamron. The reviews I read say it's nearly as good as the Tamron with greater sample variation. If we can generalize from other mounts to the L mount version of this lens then it might be important to test it for good imaging. I wouldn't expect it to be a stellar lens, event photographers are pretty happy. 18 minutes ago, Pelu2010 said: I am working with all kind of crazy lenses. goodbokeh Posted February 28, 2024 Share #3 Posted February 28, 2024 The Samyang lens I would be very interested in would be the 135/1.8. It's IQ in E-Mount reviews has been fantastic, see the link below. The build quality is good, similar to Panasonic S lenses and the cost is reasonable, around $1000 US. I hope it is ported over to L mount soon. https://www.lenstip.com/index.html?test=obiektywu&test_ob=636
Simone_DF Posted February 28, 2024 Share #4 Posted February 28, 2024 I have mixed feelings about the 35-150. I would expect the Leica 24-90 to be sharper even if cropped, or at least very close to, while at the same time being in the same size/weight ballpark. keeping_a_balance Posted February 28, 2024 Share #5 Posted February 28, 2024 I have had nice results with Samyang on E mount, not sure why they would not do well on L. Frankly not much of a zoom shooter though, so don't think I would look at this lens and my primes are very well covered on L mount.
Geoff C. Bassett Posted February 28, 2024 Share #6 Posted February 28, 2024 Not interested in the 35-150 because I already have the Leica 24-90 10 hours ago, goodbokeh said: The Samyang lens I would be very interested in would be the 135/1.8. Declan74 Posted January 25 Share #7 Posted January 25 Advertisement (gone after registration) Do they do a 14mm l-mount? Would be a great low cost option for occasional use.
