On the Leica website, In uploading a photo to the #LeicaM celebration campaign, the alarm light goes off when you have to sign off that you have model release for people eventually in the photo (which is only necessary for commercial use). The little innocent "I agree to terms and conditions" cover this explanation as to what you sign off to: "... you are granting to us the free, non-exclusive, irrevocable right, unrestricted in time, space and content, to comprehensively use and exploit the Content within the scope of social networks, social media channels, websites, PoS advertising, trade fairs, exhibitions, sales events, competitions or other advertising or promotional purposes, also with the aim of commercial marketing." 6 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
