I would slap 28 2.8 mm pancake on M, instead of selling while it is still  functioning..

We are lucky to have such choices Q2/Q3.

 

I'm lucky for now not wanting/needing Q.

Yes for me M240 family is my choice, not for everybody though.

The OP asked about M240. Well it is a marvel (and I am sorry for having traded it in.
Great results, sharpness (focus, or resolution as others say) and super colours. 
So easy to use. How? Cant explain.

I've been using M for a long time, including the Edition 60 and M246, but got an M-P just now to shoot color videos while carrying one rangefinder camera all day.  It delivers in spades.  It's a fantastic starter camera.  In fact it makes Leica dropping the video from M such a blunder.
