In the 50s and 60s when you saw a car like this it was likely being driven by a teenager. As this one pulled away from the curb and drove past me I saw that the couple in it both had gray hair. The car was gorgeous and sounded perfectly tuned.

That looks a lot like the '32 Ford Roadster I shot at a show a couple of weeks ago.  Those kinds of hot rods are popular here in Las Vegas because of the nice dry weather.  I see a lot of them.

Yes, you are exactly right. I researched it after seeing it and came to the same conclusion. The '31 and '33 were significantly different.
