They were part of a group forming a band under the name Nur-D. Nur-D is an up and coming Minneapolis based rapper who is also quite huge. Throughout the performance both he and the backup singers, including these two, referenced the fact that they are fat and totally comfortable with being so. Several of their songs were about being happy with their large bodies, much the same way Lizzo does in her performances. My title was not fat shaming. It was simply following their lead. I can absolutely assure you that if they were to see this image with the title, they'd be completely okay with it.
