I have never seen such a case for hoods in the various catalogs, while many were made fo external Viewfinders ; I don't know if the leather cases with elongated front to accept other 5 cm lenses (like Xenon or Summarit) can accomodate a retracted Elmar with FISON... it has a front diameter just a bit larger than a Xenon,  and there is also the retaining screw of the FISON... I have not such a case to verify, me too have only the "flat" case for Elmar retracted.

I'd just use one of the generic leather case which can attach on the strap.

I have right now one 35mm VF (SBLOO) in leather case a bit large as this case can hold also Elmar 5cm lens or Summaron 3.5/3.5cm.

Sorry not with the VF inside, though.

...case size 5cm large, and 5cm wide = a leather tube with button open/close

I don't know it's 5-letters naming or part number.

Leather case for SBLOO was COOXN... no idea if it can accomodate a FISON... I doubt, though.

Btw.. with a bit of force and marginal deformation, I used my COOYA leather case for SBOOI (5 cm VF) to accomodate the foldable VF for 2,8 cm... I remember well that at film times I used it even  on the strap of my M4 case (but the hood had to stay "naked in pocket" 😗)
