BjarniM Posted April 14, 2023 Share #1 Posted April 14, 2023 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I did write to Leica Customer Care on 6 March, which is now 40 days ago, but I never recieved an answer from them. I did also contact them on 12 March about another topic, but neither that email have they answered. This is kinda annoying IMO, and totally not acceptable from a point of view as customer which have spent xx,xxx amounts on Leica gear. Any advice on how to get through since they seem to be ignoring my emails? Edited April 14, 2023 by BjarniM

It is not in my spam box at least, and they did respond to my emails when I did write to them back in 2016. Thus, I am wondering whether their quality in communication is worse than it used to be? Matlock Posted April 14, 2023 Share #4 Posted April 14, 2023 I received a reply within about 12 hours a couple of days ago. Your experience seems a little strange.
LocalHero1953 Posted April 14, 2023 Share #5 Posted April 14, 2023 (edited) It happened to me last year. Unacceptable. I emailed Leica Mayfair instead and got a quick reply, and practical help. A month or so later Wetzlar replied. I told them (politely) what I thought of their response. I had already said the same to Leica Mayfair, contrasting it with their own response. The reply from Leica Mayfair was the equivalent of a sad shake of the head, implying that Wetzlar's (poor) response is not unusual, and recognised internally. dpitt Posted April 14, 2023 Share #6 Posted April 14, 2023 (edited) I had contact on 28th of march after waiting for 4 days. Still good enough to me. They were very polite and answered all my questions. I hope you contacted them on customer.care@leica-camera.com ? Bart D Posted April 15, 2023 Share #7 Posted April 15, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Jaap insists you need to phone them. During their office hours of course. Whether those coincide with your own working hours or not. If they do, a vacation day has to spend, I guess. After all, e-mail is a fairly high-tech concept.
