That's a difficult question to answer because I imagine you would first want to decide on your goals for the shoot. If it's model work (who knows, maybe the rain is atmospheric) then Portra is a favourite still. If you want to dial up the muted colours to compensate for the diabolical weather then you'd go with something more punchy and saturated (typically Fuji).

I wish I did! As it is, the only moderately fast colour film that's reliably available where I live is Portra 400, with Kodak's 'pro' price tag of around 50p a frame before processing. When limited stocks of anything else turn up, they tend to get hiked to nearly the same price. If I had the choice (I do have a few rolls left), I'd go for Superia 400. Colourful things still pop nicely even on a cloudy day.
