Yesterday at Dave the Grave's fabulously presented and very informative lecture, the suggestion that a Christmas event would be interesting would be well supported. So here goes: A morning of Leica photography around Manchester, starting at 9:30 for 10:15 on Sunday 16th December at the Castlefield Museum coffee shop and concluding with a Xmas lunch at 2pm in The Ox in Castlefield ? A table reservation is required, so early indication, or better still a definite 'YES' vote, will help. As nothing is firm yet, the arrangements can be altered (to meet flight times from Malta etc). Post early for Christmas. Rolo I assume that you welcome 'foreigners' from over the border.... I have therefore voted 'yes' for the meal. I should be able to get from Porthmadog to Manchester by 10.00 without leaving too early. Look forward to putting names to faces... (or possibly vice-versa!) Stunsworth - can you remember what time is morning coffee available from in the Museum cafe? Are you automatic, or manual? Top table is for two M8's, then one M8, but two batteries...... Bar stools for the Panasonic twins. Perhaps a corner table can be made available for you M7 users.
