Focusing tab for Summilux 50mm pre-asph

I have a 1983 black Summilux 50mm pre-asph v2 with the unknurled focus ring i.e. the grip is uniformly ridged. I would be much happier if it had a focusing tab for one-finger focusing and zone focusing (e.g. set the tab at 9 o'clock for x metres).

I have seen the Taab focusing tabs: from their measurements the Taab Mini would fit. However, Red Dot only has the large size (Hefty), and they do not appear to be available anywhere else in the UK. Does anyone know a stockist?

I would rather have just a tab, not the Taab rubber ring with a tab. Is there a solution that adds just a tab? Does anyone offer this as a service? How could they be attached?

For the moment I can use a cable tie, but that's not a good look for a Leica classic!

It seems there are lots of 3D printed tabs. Here I found some in printed brass:

Focus tabs are made for lenses with short focus throw. Not sure the 50/1.4 v2 would fit well from this viewpoint but i never tried TBH.
