Congratulations, Colin.  This photo was selected as a Master Shot by LFI

Which I find totally inconceivable. I don’t know what LFI has further selected from Colin’s work but he has made much better images that can surely be qualified as masterworks. See the thread ‘what do we photograph on the street’ for instance.

But I can’t conceive LFI’s policy anyway, reason why I cancelled my subscription in 2016.

Thank you very much, Otto. I have no clue how LFI choose their favourite images. It used to be a lot easier than today to get a picture in their gallery.

I see what they liked about it.  I see a modern version of Robert Frank...there's a isolation among the many and yet it's called progress, and this is what we're left with after the industrial revolution.  I think it's brilliant.
