I am not as brave believe me, I had been putting photography down because of violence against journalists in Mexico, But there is a lot to be done here.

Colin, these last two really catch my eye (this one above and the Seahorse, with baton...off course the lady is also wielding her baton :)  On this one above had it not been for the Apple, I'd have guessed it to be from the forties.

Thank you. I hadn’t noticed the seahorse/woman baton thing, but I see it now. I also see what you mean about the 1940’s look of the woman in the café.

The girl in window has a classic (Splendor in the Grass-ok later than 40s and in color) beauty about her and the fabric you get from MM here with the light brings that out. :)
