Here's one I shot on my MM last night in Glasgow. It's a shame about the huge compression required to post images here - on the full-size jpeg or TIFF, you can see not only the cigarette in the man's left hand, but the wisp of smoke coming from the end of it. Scarcely believable detail - 1250 ISO - the camera doesn't even bat an eyelid.

The M Monochrom is the business - I love it!

Cheers all,

Hey guys,

Please have a look through my blog.

I have just uploaded some shots from Yesterday's Factory Five Night Ride in Shanghai.

For the people, who don't know - this means 50-100 bikers flogging the streets of Shanghai at night, … fast.

All has been shot as usual with a Leica M Monochrom and Konica 35/2 LTM UC-Hexanon from the back of my bike (much more on my blog):

All 50mm f1.4. This camera picks up low light shots almost magically.

The first is at Ouseburn Bank; the second in Victoria Tunnel, an old coal waggonway under the City, and the third, Hoults Yard, an industrial regeneration near the Tyne.
