(Whoever did those cheese graphics is a dope. I've never seen a yellow Swiss cheese.)

OK, one can read it the other way around too. Very good.

Swiss cheese not yellow??? What about: Appenzeller rezent, Luzerner Nusskäse, Emmentaler, etc. What not-yellow ones do you eat?

Real cheese eaters eat: Old Gouda and that is yellow too!

I prefer to eat cheese that does not contain yellow dye.

Please switch to Lab; not rennet(German Lab), but the color mode Lab. Then take more "b" to your vision. I mean:  +b.
