Remove and let it get to room temperature and then try to charge again in the Leica charger. This may restore the chemical balance in the battery - it's worked several times for me - good luck 🙂 Whilst staying at Emerald Lake in British Columbia, I accidentally left an old iPhone 5S in the car overnight ( 0C) which had a battery that only held 15 mins of life after a full charge. The next morning the iPhone was as cold as a block of ice and took a few hours to thaw. To my surprise that battery was regenerated and now holds it’s charge for 20 hours.
Advertisement Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Hi dugby, Take a look here The brand-new (or rather a factory-new) battery will not charge.. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Alberti Posted November 23, 2022 Share #22 Posted November 23, 2022 Another tip: have in the charger for say half an hour; then take it out for some time like anhour; and repeat like that. It might help. [This way I recovered modern rechargables fo Apple periferals]. This way every time a small charge is added until a normal threshold is reached again.
