Leica CL

Summicron-M 1:2/50

50.0 mm 1/160 ISO 400

Trying Capture One Pro (aka C1) as opposed to using Lightroom as I always do to,process from RAW. Results kinda same, but boy, is it not different in the workflow, so many knobs to turn, so many sliders to move. It slowed me down a lot. Maybe it’s a good thing ...

CL with 60mm Macro-Elmarit-TL . . .

Some superb images made with this lens posted by Rob (ropo54) caught my eye a while back.  Adding a 23mm to the arsenal last week sparked my renewed interest in TL glass, and I think this lens will mark the beginning of my transition away from the venerable R-mount lenses . . .

The transitions on this lens are to absolute perfection.  Twenty-first century, here I come.

Wow, you got close to that bee :-).  A beautiful shot and yes, that is one fine lens.

I like your pictures.  Somehow the colours look - not sure how to put it - 'undernourished' for pictures from a CL.  If it's intentional, I guess it's just different tastes.  If its not, are you converting from DNG files or could you be overexposing somehow?

I forgot to stop down . . . and it made no difference (except DOF)!  Surely a descendent of the R100 APO . . .
