It´s a fantastic lens, I agree - believing you mean the one for the Contax RTS.

If you come across the 2.8/85mm, try it. To me it is one of the best "portrait"-lenses ever with a unique character.

Thomas

Yes Thomas, for the RTS

This is a beautiful portrait of a very beautiful woman.

When I was a young photographer  the 135 was THE portrait lens.

Must say that the image you are posting benqui confirms this. And it seems that the Contax lens 135 is a great lens. Regards. Carl.

Thank you very much Carl! You are right, this lens is really a gem! It is a joy to use and of course much more joy with with Lígia!

Well, this is one of the coincidences you think you wouldn't get away with when writing fiction. Picking up a new passport today, I passed a photographic shop and saw a Sonnar 2.8/135 in the shop window...

Well, the picture is the lens sitting on my table :). Just waiting for an Cx to M adapter to give it a try.

Stefan

Very good Stefan! Give it a try and show us the results! Which adapter do you use?

I've ordered the house-brand adapter of Brenner Foto in Weiden - let's see how this works.

Vermutlich könnte ich diese Information auch auf Deutsch senden; da man ihre Webseite nicht auf Englisch schalten kann, werden sie wohl nicht ins Ausland senden...
