Scanned with a Nikon LS-5000 scanner in 2011, by when the transparencies had deteriorated considerably. Scenes that no longer exist in the prosperous city. Welcome, dear visitor! Once again - sorry for the poor quality - partly my lack of skill and partly the damage caused by years of heat and humidity in Singapore. In case anyone is interested in scanning old transparencies, I can recommend both Silverfish and VueScan to help recover colour and reduce visual damage. I used that too but in the end I found it easier to go with VueScan. I think also, with SilverFast you don't need to buy another copy of the software if you change scanners and I did change from a Minolta scanner I used earlier to a Nikon. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
