Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone has tried using this admittedly rather peculiar combination:

M lens > L mount > teleconverter > SL body.

Wondering if this was possible and what the results are like - any degradation etc.

Is there a L mount teleconverter?

The Panasonic teleconverters are made for specific lenses (the 70-200 lenses). I have the Panasonic 70-300. The teleconverters are not meant to be used with this lens (or other lenses). If your can connect it technically, it's still open if the optical performance is ok.

And which M lenses? All teleconverters are designed to be used with long  or at least telecentric lenses. On standard(ish) lenses and wideangles the results are often sub-par.
