Hello, 

I found this really old instruction from june 1928 between the Leica Stuff of my Grandpa and wanted to know If its real and what its worth couldnt find anything about it.

Unfortunately, the forum does not do valuations, so we cannot put a value on it .

It does look genuine, though. Nice find

As a side note, It is the "official" instruction booklet... As reported by Lager, the front page - identical -  was printed also with two other denominations for the Ia : "Barnack - Kamera"  and "Leca  - Kamera" , before the final decision to baptize it as "Leica" 😉

There was also a reprint of the 1928 English version of this manual in the US by Morgan and Morgan. I found one inside the front cover of a 1951 Leica Manual (by Morgan) that I inherited.
