Thank you for this great panorama of my hometown that I am missing very much. The fire was the most heartbreaking and unbelievable thing that could ever happen to the rich culture of my country and it was so touching  how the world had reacted to it. My only hope is that the re-construction would be successful.

I, too, hope the restoration will be effective - apparently it has resumed in June and hopes are to complete it by 2024 for the hosting of the Olympics in Paris…I plan on visiting before then so will have to pay my regular homage from the outside…
