A stunning car when released in the US in April 1961, and as with several other cars (e.g.: F Type, A-M) more attractive in the couple version.  Enzo Ferrari was quoted as calling it the most beautiful car in the world.  I prefer the XKSS.

Stuny, thank you for your feedback. XKSS certainly had a very attractive design but I could never see any of them in person, while E-Type was very accessible  and we could see it, drive it and love it. After E-Type, I found Jaguar suddenly lost any imagination and I never liked what they made since. My father had one MK when I was a little boy,  and then one XJ that I sold to a very pretty woman in Paris after his death! 😄

I know where you can get one for $18 million. Let me know if you're interested.

One that I saw in Instagram;  who else other than McQueen could have one! :)

After E-Type, Jaguar lost all its imagination for designing cars despite its rich and great pedigree!
